Week 17 30th-5th
The next day we went to an island called Navadra which was a rolly anchorage, but very pretty. We went to the beach which at high tide is completely covered in water. On the beach we found some nice shells. After we went to the beach some locals came round and asked for some Kava.
The next day Mike and Campbell climbed a hill before we left for an island called Monurika, where they filmed Castaway. We had lunch and then went for a snorkel and went to the beach.
When we got back to the boat we moved anchorages to an island called Mana where there was a resort where Mike ,Campbell and Daisy went for supper. While they were at the restaurant the wind got up and it started to rain.
The next day it was still pouring down with rain, so we watched some movies.
The next day it had stopped raining so we moved anchorages to the main island where we went into the main town called Nadi. We went into Port Denurau where we went stern to at the dock. After we had anchored properly we went to a restaurant where I had a big pizza. Later on we went for supper at the same restaurant.
The next day we got a hire car and drove around the island, We went right up into the hills where there was no tourism, we swam in some rivers and had a picnic. Viti Levu is beautiful.
The next day two designers came to see Mummy about what are we going to have on the beds and seats in the boat after the refit.. Later on we went and had an Indian meal at a place called Saffron’s .
The next day we left the boat and took a plane to Savusavu, where we went to the Cousteau resort. We went to the hotel because Mike and Campbell were going to take the boat to Vanuatu. We stayed there for four nights.
